Laser Shaft Alignment

A successful PdM program should ultimately eliminate both unexpected failures of equipment and expected costs resulting from unnecessary repairs or secondary damage. 

From the results of the PdM analysis, an active approach to systematically finding and eliminating the underlying causes of machine problems can then be initiated. This phase is called Proactive Maintenance. 

One of the leading problems in this phase to be corrected is misalignment of shafts and couplings.

VTSB performs laser alignment of both horizontal and vertical machine as may be required.
